Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All court reservations are confirmed only after successful payment through the Paddle Joint online booking platform.
• Each court booking allows a maximum of 8 players per court.

• All confirmed court bookings are non-refundable.
• A booking may be rescheduled once only.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled court time.
• The requested new schedule is subject to court availability.
• Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled court time are not eligible for rescheduling.
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits or rescheduling.
• If the customer does not meet the rescheduling requirements, the booking will be considered forfeited.
• Once a booking has already been rescheduled, it cannot be rescheduled again.
• Any additional court time must be handled separately as a court extension and is subject to court availability and staff approval.

• Open Play bookings are non-refundable.
• An Open Play booking may be transferred once to another available Open Play schedule with at least 24 hours notice.
• A minimum of 6 players is required for an Open Play session to proceed.
• If the minimum number of players is not reached at least 2 hours before the scheduled session, Paddle Joint may cancel the Open Play and transfer affected bookings to another available session.
• 6 to 10 players: 1 court will be used.
• 11 to 20 players: 2 courts will be used.

If Paddle Joint needs to cancel a booking due to weather conditions, court maintenance, safety concerns or other operational circumstances, the customer may choose either:

• A 100% refund
• A one-time rescheduling, subject to court availability

Cancellations made by Paddle Joint are not subject to the customer rescheduling restrictions stated above.

By completing your booking, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• You agree to follow the terms stated above.
• You understand that confirmed bookings are generally non-refundable unless Paddle Joint cancels the booking.
• You understand that rescheduling is subject to the requirements and limitations stated in this policy.
• You understand that no-shows and bookings that do not meet the rescheduling requirements will be considered forfeited.

Any approved refund or rescheduling request will be handled according to this policy.
